1. Return Policy:
If you find any quality issues or discrepancies with the description of the product within 10 days of receiving it, you can apply for a return. Please make sure that the product is in good condition, with intact packaging and does not affect secondary sales. We will inspect the returned product and issue a refund to you once confirmed.
2. Exchange Policy:
If you find any quality issues or discrepancies with the description of the product within 10 days of receiving it, you can apply for an exchange. Please make sure that the product is in good condition, with intact packaging and does not affect secondary sales. We will inspect the exchanged product and send you a new one once confirmed.
3.Return and Exchange Process:
1) Within 10 days of receiving the goods, customers who need to return or exchange their items, please send an email to customer service and be sure to provide the order number and reason for the return.
2) After receiving the email, we will record the customer’s return or exchange information and respond as soon as possible with instructions for the return or exchange.
3) After the customer sends out the product, please send us the tracking number and the name of the logistics company so that we can monitor the delivery status at anytime.
4) Upon receiving the returned or exchanged product and confirming that it does not affect resale, we will arrange a refund or ship the replacement within 3-5 working days.
4. Special Notes:
To protect your rights, please check the product for any issues upon receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the request is made more than 10 days after receiving the product.
5. Time required for return and exchange
After we receive the product, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process your return or exchange request. After we confirm that the product is eligible, we will immediately process the refund or exchange and notify you of the feedback results.
