Please make sure that the product is in good condition, with intact packaging and does not affect secondary sales. We will inspect the exchanged product and send you a new one once confirmed.
3. Return and Exchange Procedures:
Contact our customer service center and inform us of the reason for the return or exchange and your order number. We will assist you in completing the return and exchange procedures and provide relevant support and guidance.
4. Special Notes:
To protect your rights, please check the product for any issues upon receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the request is made more than 10 days after receiving the product.
5. Time required for return and exchange
After we receive the product, it usually takes 2-4 business days to process your return or exchange request. After we confirm that the product is eligible, we will immediately process the refund or exchange and notify you of the feedback results.
